Brooklyn Girl Eatery Signs 10-Year Lease in San Diego

BrooklynGirl InteriorSan Diego — Cassidy Turley San Diego, the region’s market leader in commercial real estate services, has helped Brooklyn Girl Eatery to sign a 10-year lease valued at $1.6 million for retail space at 1Mission in Mission Hills.


Brooklyn Girl Eatery leased 4,808 square feet of space at 1Mission. The full-service restaurant, bar and gourmet market is the newest concept created by highly-acclaimed and longtime San Diego restaurateurs, Michael and Victoria McGeath.
 

1Mission is a mixed-use residential/retail enclave developed by CLB Partners. Cassidy Turley’s Michael Burton and Danny Fitzgerald were the sole brokers involved in the transaction.
