Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que® Expands Into Canada

famous-davesMinneapolis — Famous Dave's of America, Inc. opened its first Canadian restaurant on July 16 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The new opening aligns with the company's strategic goal of expanding the Famous Dave's North American footprint to 400-500 restaurants.


The new 200-seat Winnipeg location is conveniently located a few blocks from Kildonan Place Shopping Centre.


"We are pleased to introduce Famous Dave's into Canada," says Allan C. McLeod, president and CEO, Tribal Council's Investment Group of Manitoba Ltd., and franchise owner of the new Winnipeg location.
